Delivery Attempts

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products

To process any claim, customers must provide:

A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

The video should clearly show:

* The sealed package
* Shipping label
* Complete unboxing process
* Product condition upon arrival

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
